How to...export your Group Lists from Thunderbird to lapgv.com

Export (PDF)
For each group list you want to export use the following instructions.
For this tutorial we have used FAMILY as the name of the Group List.
Double click on
Thunderbird Email
icon on
Desktop
Left click on
Address Book
Left click on first Group Name--
FAMILY
Left click on
Tools
Left click on
Export
At top, use arrow to select
Save in: Desktop
At bottom, type a file name:
FAMILY
Under that line, in the
Save as type dropdown,
left click on
Comma separated
Left click on
Save
SEE YOUR GROUP (FAMILY) ON THE DESKTOP
Double click on your new
lapgv.com account icon
on
Desktop
Left click on
Contacts
(under
Compose Mail
on left, above
Tasks
Left click on
Import
(top right corner)
Left click on
Browse
At top,
Look in:
use arrow to select
Desktop
At bottom,
File Name:
type in:
FAMILY--
click
Open
Click on box by :
also add these imported contacts to
Left click on
Import
under that line
See question:
What would you like to name this group?
Type in
FAMILY.
Click
OK.
See statement that your group has been imported. Click
OK.
NOW YOUR FAMILY GROUP IS IMPORTED. CONTINUE, USING THE SAME INSTRUCTIONS FOR EACH GROUP.

- Left click on first Group Name--FAMILY
- Left click on Tools
- Left click on Export
- At top, use arrow to select Save in: Desktop
- At bottom, type a file name: FAMILY
- Under that line, in the Save as type dropdown, left click on Comma separated
- Left click on Save
